Unnamed is designed to achieve three key goals:
Re-usability: We intend to fly this rocket four times, requiring a robust structure and reliable recovery.
Maximum altitude of 8000ft: Requires a highly optimized motor
Active Altitude control experiment: Test and airbrake system to dynamically limit altitude

Carbon fiber wet layup construction, similar to past Phoenix iterations
Dual-Deployment parachutes
